STEP 1:
ASSESSMENT LESSON
At Instinctive Driving we always start with assessing your driving ability and confidence behind the wheel of a vehicle. We will then discuss with you the best option including VORT or the CBT&A log book course.
Below you can book your Assessment Lesson online and select your date, time and location. You can also call to chat to our team. Our lesson availability is from 7.30am to 7.30pm, 7 days a week. Please note, we can be booked out weeks in advance, but we do try to have some online times available each week to select from.

STEP 2:
Once you have completed your Assessment Lesson you will have 2 options to choose from including VORT or CBT&A log book method.
OPTION 1 – VORT (Vehicle on Road Test)
OPTION 2 – CBT&A (Competency Based Training & Assessment)
STEP 2 – OPTION 1: VORT PACKAGES
This is a minimum of 4 x 90 minutes lesson before doing your final driving test, which you must pass to gain your P plate licence. You can choose from PAY AS YOU GO or bundle your package together as a combined cost.

STEP 2 – OPTION 2: CBT&A /LOG BOOK PACKAGES
This is a log book-based course. There are approximately 10 x 90-minute lessons where your instructor reviews and signs of on the 30-task required. You then have a final drive. At the end of this option if you have completed all your tasks you will automatically gain your P plate licence. Once an online booking is made our team will contact you to organise a time for your lessons. Please note that we are available from 7am-7pm, 7 days a week for your convenience.

STEP 3:
DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE
Once you have achieved your goal of gaining your P Plate licence you may like to further your driver education with a Defensive Driving Course. This 1 day course at The Bend Motorsport Park is great for young and mature drivers. At Instinctive Driving we believe there is a gap in driver education after successful completion to gain your P Plate licence and then driving on your own or with friends in the open roads of South Australia.
